Our Proposals

Our aim is to provide improvements to the streetscape along Market Street and to create contemporary mixed use and residential spaces for a range of prospective residents, all in the heart of Bracknell town centre with significant improvements to the public realm and provision for new commercial spaces. The site has strong connections, being adjacent to Bracknell station, and increases accessibility between the leisure facilities on the West of Market Street and the Lexicon centre on the East.
